Robot-based laser cutting allows for the deployment of multiple robots and cutting heads depending on the desired cycle time. Currently, weba employs two simultaneously cutting laser robots, enabling a doubled cycle time for double-drop components such as a B-pillar. Moreover, this robot-based laser cutting technology requires a smaller footprint.
